Board of Directors

 

The primary responsibility of the RDS Board is to work collaboratively with the Head of School to advance the school’s mission, vision and long term strategic plan while executing its fiduciary duty in respect of the financial sustainability of the School. The Head of School is responsible for the operations, leadership and management of the academic and co-curricular programs as well as the School’s Senior Administration Team, Faculty and Staff.  The RDS Board operates at arm’s length and is not involved in the management of personnel or program issues.
