Terry Fox Run Recap

It was wonderful to see the RDS community come together this morning as students, parents and teachers gathered to walk, jog, and run laps in support of Terry Fox

The energy was palpable and we applaud all our students for their spirit as they walked, jogged, ran, or even skipped in support of cancer research. This year, our community ran a whopping 1464 laps collectively! This run was also the first House Event of the year. What a sight it was to see Gryphons donning their House colours and pushing themselves to do their best for this important cause. Laws House ran 298 laps, while Peltier and Desmond ran 345 and 384 laps respectively. Taking the lead this morning was Hughes House, who totaled an amazing 437 laps! Great job, RDS!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and our work to honour Terry’s legacy and raise money for Cancer Research. Click here to access our school fundraising page.
